Notify User

Notify User is a notification, task management and workflow automation solution for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Write a note on any record (Customer, Sales Order, Purchase Invoice, etc.).
• Create a tracked task instantly for one or multiple recipients.
• Recipients see tasks on their Role Center and can open the source record in one click.

Business Central previously allowed notifying users from notes (up to version 14). That standard feature was removed. Notify User brings it back—and expands it into a full task workflow.

How it works

1. Save a note on any record.
2. The notification dialog opens automatically.
3. Select recipients, set priority and due date, then send.
4. Recipients open the task from their Role Center and jump to the source record.
